Prince William Teacher Charged With Indecent Liberties

(Haymarket, VA) — A long-term substitute teacher and head baseball coach at a Prince William County high school is being charged with taking indecent liberties with a student. Prince William County Police say 28-year-old Richard Teller of Haymarket, who teaches at Brentsville High School, sent inappropriate messages to a 17-year-old girl who attends that school. The incidents began in February and Teller was arrested today. Investigators say there was no inappropriate physical contact between Teller and the student.
