Many times when people don’t want to see you do better or accomplish anything they won’t encourage or support you but will be the first to criticize, discourage and tell you all the mistakes and errors you made because they fear your success. The spirit of jealousy and that Jezebel spirit of manipulation creates strongholds that can damage individuals even to the point of depression, mental and emotional sickness. You become the puppet and the pawn being led and played under the direction of someone else. My message to you is this…don’t be a follower but a leader, don’t be a borrower but a lender…..
Stand out and Stand your ground and remove the masks of fear. Deborah, the prophetess, was a leader, and judge and respected…”….and the Israelites came to her to have their desputes decided.” Esther, a young exiled Jewish girl, was chosen to be queen and boldly went before the king to make a request for her people to be saved from destruction…..sometimes you have to take risks in order to get what you want, especially when you are passionate about it and you are confident in your actions. Rahab, a prostitute that told a lie to the king of Jericho in order to save her family and was not deemed as someone that was of high regard but she did have something no one else within her land had…..a covenant agreement and the bloodline of Jesus Christ….she was connected in more ways than one!! Even though she was not on a high level status in terms of community leadership, she used what she had to get what she needed for the safety and promise of her family!!
So I say to you, the Diamond Elect, encourage yourself through God’s word, promises and faithfulness. Plant his word in your heart, water it, let it saturate in your soul and spirit and meditate on it to be strong and wise. Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him and he shall direct your paths..Proverbs 3:5 His word says in Hosea 4:6, “my people are destroyed for lack of knowledge” therefore what you don’t does hurt you. He wants to be your everything because He is a jealous God and want you to put no one or nothing before Him. The masks that you wear of low self-esteem, feeling unloved and unappreciated, fear of moving forward and moving upward are just the “negative images” that have been planted and sown in your life. It’s time to uproot and destroy them. Be ye transformed…Spend real quality time with God and develop a relationship with him first and trust that when you depend “solely” on him, his direction, his voice and his love; all other things you need, want, desire and require wil be added unto you.
