(Potomac Heights, MD)  —  A fire yesterday morning at a Charles County church is ruled a case of arson.  About 80-thousand dollars in damage was reported at the Potomac Heights Baptist Church in Potomac Heights.  The Maryland State Fire Marshal says accelerants were poured through a broken window of the sanctuary and then ignited, causing damage to the interior wall, the carpeting and four chairs before the flames tapered off ahead of the firefighters’ arrival.
