We spoke with Executive Director, Kim Rhim, today about “The Training Source” and the services that they provide for our community.
The Training Source’s programs and services include:
- employment training
- youth leadership and employability programs
- homeless services
- a professional clothing closet for job seekers
- employer staffing assistance and staff development training
- application assistance for citizens needing social support services
- and more
They are one of only six nonprofit organizations in Prince George’s County to have earned the coveted Standards For Excellence seal, which demonstrates that we operate at the highest level of ethics and accountability in the nonprofit sector. They have received many awards and accolades for outstanding programs and services, yet we are still considered “one of the best kept secrets in the Washington region.
