United Tenors is Fred Hammond’s latest musical vision. In a recent interview, he spoke with me about a kingdom sound he heard that was absent in the Earth. That was the sound of men singing. As the co-founder of the legendary group Commissioned, Fred has a track record for establishing successful, all-male groups. United Tenors is no exception. Joining Fred is worship sensation Brian Courtney Wilson, inspirational artist and known R&B superstar Dave Hollister, and soul crooner Eric Roberson. All the men have very successful solo careers. All the United Tenor members have recognizable names and voices in both the industry and the world. Was that why Fred Hammond chose them? Who else could have been a United Tenor? Hear Fred’s response below.

Fred Hammond on Forming United Tenors

Connecting four of the music industry’s brightest stars under one banner must have its benefits. Perhaps a benefit is an increase in CD sales. Maybe it is the ability to cross musical genres. Could it simply be kudos for another Fred Hammond success? The greatest return the member’s of United Tenors has received to date may surprise you. Hear Fred’s response below.

Fred on How They Benefit from United Tenors

This project has a sound reminiscent of early Fred Hammond with Commissioned. While it clearly has his stamp on it, the phenomenal vocal contributions of Dave, Brian, and Eric are absolutely not lost. The debut United Tenors project is available worldwide Tuesday, March 26th.
