National Exercise With Your Child Week August 4 – 10, 2013 encourages parents and guardians to exercise with their children as part of a healthier lifestyle.
Ferris Bruton, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, will lead parents, guardians and children in (6) six 15-minute exercise activity sessions from 9:00 AM– 11:00 AM .
