As reported by Gerard Bonner of  www.bonnerfiedradio.com:

Congratulations to the Dallas based a capella groupTEN, who wrapped up season four of NBC’s The Sing-Off. As one of ten groups, the ten-person aggregation went from never singing a capella music at the start of the show, all the way to the finals of this year’s singing competition. The group finished as runner-up to this year’s champions, country singing quintet Home Free.

The group members include: John “Jontez” Montes, Peaches West, Sydnii “Jazz” Raymore, Lenisa Raymore, DeeDee Yancey-Mackey, Teaira Dunn, Elgin Johnson, Emoni Wilkins, Victor Evans, and Deonis Cook. Hailing from Dallas, TX; Nashville, TN; and Louisville, KY, members of this group have sung background vocals for some of the biggest musical acts in pop and urban music today ranging from Nicki Minaj and Jill Scott, to Kirk Franklin and Fred Hammond.

TEN’s impact on NBC’s The Sing-Off was immediate upon their first presentation on the national platform. Their arrangements of popular songs such as “Tell Me Something Good”, “Chain Of Fools”, and “Skyfall” absolutely mesmerized the judges as well as the nationwide audience.

For the finale, they would open the show with all of this season’s participants in a powerful presentation of Michael Jackson’s “Man In The Mirror”. The group would then perform “Joyful Joyful” from the Sister Act 2 Soundtrack,  along side judge and Grammy award winner Shawn Stockman of the group Boyz II Men. Following that incredible performance, their final presentation of the evening was their take on Beyonce’s hit “Love On Top” which saw group members DeeDee Yancey-Mackey and Emoni Wilkins handling the incredible lead vocals. Needless to say, these were two of the most impressive performances of the season.

The future looks incredibly bright for this a capella group that has already made a significant mark on this presentation of music. With the addition of bass Dante Davis and the heralded Candy West, TEN is ready to take the world by storm.

Look for them to kick off 2014 as part of the Bonnerfide Radio Anniversary Party during the Stellar Award Weekend, Jan. 17 in Nashville, TN at The Listening Room Cafe. Get your tickets for the event by clicking HERE!!

In the meantime, check out TEN’s performances of “Joyful Joyful” with Shawn Stockman and “Love On Top” as part of the Season Finale of  NBC’s The Sing-Off.
