Screen Shot 2014-03-24 at 11.04.53 AMMalaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak announced on Monday that Malaysian Airlines’ Flight 370’s, missing since March 8,  journey ended somewhere in the southern region of the Indian Ocean. This conclusion was reached from the latest satellite imagery and analysis produced by a British satellite company and investigators sent out to for search the aircraft.

Australian officials also reported two objects that may be related to Flight 370 in the Indian Ocean. This new information suggests that it is highly unlikely that the 239 passengers and crew members aboard the plane survived. The reason the flight went down is still unknown.
