Renowned music producer, award-winning Minister of Music and gospel superstar CAS is releasing his highly-anticipated debut LP “HERE I GO.”
Dubbed the “New Jack” sound of gospel, CAS’ debut LP features compelling, soul-stirring ballads such as the title feature “Here I Go,” as well as powerful, foot-stomping anthems, including “War Cry,” a declaration of war against evil that will even have non-believers praising and shouting from the hood to the heavens.
Though auto-tune is taboo in the gospel world, CAS has used the modern sound to produce the first-ever, auto-tune gospel CD.
“God is using me as a vessel to build his kingdom,” said CAS. “We’re living in a unique time, especially for our youth. Through a variety of sounds, beats, and heartfelt lyrics, I look forward to introducing words of hope, inspiration, encouragement and God’s love to those who wouldn’t normally listen to gospel music. As important as it is to feed the faithful, it’s even more important to attract those who don’t believe or have simply given up hope.”
CAS, who suffered a life-threatening brain aneurysm in 2014, delivers a powerful testimony of life’s greatest challenges and triumphs through his 10-track release.
Executive-produced and written by CAS, this LP is destined to cross genres, while strengthening the faith of listeners throughout his life’s journey through song.

CAS will kick off his promotional tour in the Nation’s Capital on December 18th, with a special concert and CD release celebration at Matthews Memorial Baptist Church.
Additional private listening parties are planned for Philadelphia, Richmond, Charlotte, and Atlanta.
