Tulsa police officer Betty Shelby has been charged with first degree felony manslaughter according to Tulsa County District Attorney Steve Kunzweiler.

Officer Shelby fatally shot 40-year-old Terence Crutcher on a Tulsa Highway.
District Attorney Steve Kunzweiler told reporters “We reviewed the facts of the allegations, it is our responsibility to determine if the filing of a criminal charge is justified under the law”  
An arrest warrant was issued for Shelby and they are working on her surrender.
Shelby claims Crutcher was behaving strangely and ignoring her commands, and she was afraid that he might be reaching for a weapon.
The Department of Justice are in the process of investigating the Crutcher shooting as well
