Pastor Donnie McClurkin appeared on “The Real”, yesterday, Wednesday, September 28, 2016 and talked about the inspiration from his #1 single “I Need You”.  After a series of deaths in his family, including both of his parents, Pastor McClurkin found himself wanting to die.  I simple cry unto the Lord, birthed his hit single, “I Need You”.  Watch him perform it live here.
