The Perfect Caramel Cake

Ingredients  

1 cup of non-flavored oil

1 1/2 cups of buttermilk

2 cups of sugar

2 eggs

1 tablespoon of vanilla

1 pinch of salt

1 teaspoon of baking soda

2 1/2 cups of all purpose flour

1.. Add the oil, buttermilk, and sugar to a bowl. Stir until the sugar has dissolved.

2. Add in 2 eggs and the vanilla. Stir to combine.

3. Add in the baking powder, flour, and salt. Stir to combine.
