Maurette's "Inspiration that Sticks"

Source: Maurette / Maurette

While I can testify that it is difficult to wait on God, it is the surest way to make sure you stay in His will. Running out and jumping into things or situations that weren’t meant for you, often cause us stress and unnecessary sorrow. Make sure you petition God for answers and then rest in those answers. Don’t be in a hurry. Don’t get in your own way. And more importantly, don’t get in God’s way.

The Bible speaks clearly about the benefits of waiting on the Lord.

Isaiah 40:31 (KJV) – But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
