According to South Bay Community News, Minister Arturo Da-Naire Frazier, 39, of Los Angeles died Sunday when he was struck by a hit-and-run driver after leaving church, according to the Los Angeles Coroner.
Da’Naire was a popular preacher in the area and had just left church when the collision took place about 8:38 p.m.Saturday evening.
The victim had been attending the Southern California Annual Communion Service. Ironically, he posted a video on Facebook with an inspiring message about enduring trials, after hearing Bishop Kevin Willis Sr. speak at the services.
There were few details about what happened, but police are investigating the crime in an effort to locate the suspect driver who fled without stopping to help this man.
