When you walk outside sometimes you see people dancing, singing and even spreading the word of God. Eric Love is speaking out about when his right to free speech were violated at the Shaky Beats music festival. According to Macon, he was prohibited from spreading the gospel.

Love is now asking a judge to decide if the Georgia World Congress Center can prohibit on talking about God on sidewalks. Authorities have said they ban solicitation near parks where events are held. Love’s lawyers are still going to fight this lawsuit.

In an interview Tennessee-based Center for Religious Expression said, “These sidewalks are just like any other sidewalks — they’re used by the public and they really ought to be open to the public.” Love just wants to spread the word of God and there were no complaints. We will keep you updated on what happens with this lawsuit.
