Does the United States really have the best legal system? To answer this question in the affirmative would be a highly subjective point of view. Life liberty and the pursuit of happiness are inalienable rights that each citizen is entitled to under the Constitution of the United States. Did I miss something, has it changed? The United States’ due process for its citizens as of late has come to the forefront as more and more cases of abuse of power has infiltrated and created havoc against it’s law-abiding, tax-paying citizens under the color of law.

I’m certain I don’t stand alone in my abhorrence.  Any authority, local, state or federal to include law enforcement, public health facilities, etc, you get the point. Anyone bold enough to deprive a person of their rights under the color of law; fake performing their “official duties” is themselves committing a punishable act. I just want you to be aware of your 4th amendment rights. What is probable cause? With headlines like “Black man arrested for sitting at Starbucks”, “Police arresting teen selling water at a Philadelphia Zoo”,” Black woman arrested at Waffle House in Alabama”, we can’t afford to be ignorant of the law. In the meantime, however, here’s an idea, perhaps when a police officer answers  a call to someone who has blatantly placed a false report perhaps those persons should receive a citation or an arrest as a deterrent to copycat harassers or is that to minuscule of a crime or too much of an inconvenience to the perpetrator?

We must watch as well as pray like God instructs us to do and don’t forget that full armor of God either so that we’re able to stand against the wiles of the enemy. There’s valuable information, that we have access to, check it out for yourself. It’s  Section 242 of Title 18 U.S.C. about deprivation of rights and yes, it’s written in layman’s terms on the Department of Justice website.
