Georgia Democratic Gubernatorial Candidate Stacey Abrams Holds Election Night Event In Atlanta

Georgia Democratic Gubernatorial Candidate Stacey Abrams is hoping for a run-off in a highly contested race against Republican Brian Kemp. She is arguing that the stakes are too high and the race is too close to concede defeat.

Kemp is currently ahead of Abrams by 68,000 votes but Abrams says that there are still absentee ballots that have not been counted that could be in her favor.

Voters rights issues were a problem during the contentious campaign.

The run-off could take place December 4.

We will see what happens.
