A Flint, Michigan pastor interrupted Donald Trump's stump speech at her historically Black church. The candidate had agreed to focus on the water crisis and its impact, but veered instead into Hillary bashing.

Michigan charged six state employees with misconduct for the Flint water crisis. Nine state workers have so far been charged criminally.
