U.S. Capitol Police arrested four people Friday during a protest against a ban on all government funding for abortions in D.C. More than a dozen protestors stood in the eastbound lanes of Independence Avenue SW in front of the Longworth House office building, blocking traffic and forcing motorists to veer into the westbound lanes.
