So if pizza calls your name every Friday night and soda is your favorite way to hydrate, then get ready to be a “healthy junkie” after learning these RAD swaps.

1. Pass The Pizza

I ain’t gonna lie, while I’m a pro FitGirl by trade, my spirit animal is a 13-year-old boy. I love pizza and I don’t discriminate. I will eat thin crust, deep dish, NY mega slices, even bagel bites. None of those cheesey options keep me slim and trim, which is why I satisfy my pizza addiction (in a healthy way) with Newman’s Own Thin & Crispy Pizzas. With a whole wheat crust, all natural ingredients, insanely delicious toppings and a bake time of 10 minutes let’s just say I don’t call my Papa named John anymore.

2. Dip With This Chip

Who doesn’t like a little crunch when they munch? Plus on the most stressful days, nothing is more relaxing than shoving your hand in a bag of salty goodness. Well that is until you polish the whole thing off in 10 minutes–then it’s guilt central. Well don’t worry boo, you can dip with this chip and not feel the least bit bad about it. Good Natured Selects has perfected Vegetable Crisps ladies – gluten free, no artificial ingredients and no saturated fats. Both the Ranch and Original flavor are finger lickin’ good, so I “bet you can’t eat just one.” Which is no problem since they are only 110 calories per serving. That one serving also counts as half a serving of vegetables. Uhm can you say kale yeah!

3. Scream For This Ice Cream

What would the world be without Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough ice cream? Sad, that’s what (at least for me). This ice cream lovers favorite is usually the first to go when team healthy comes into town, however thanks to Yasso you can welcome this sweet treat back into your diet beauties. I literally almost did a backflip in my kitchen the first time I tried the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Yasso Frozen Greek Yogurt Bar. Packed with five grams of protein and checking in at only 100 calories, you need to do yourself a solid and check out my friends at Yasso.

4. Oh No, Not Fro Yo

Speaking of ice cream, if you think fro yo is the only option for healthy creamy treats, then think again. I just came across an even healthier alternative that my gut actually loves instead of rejects (hello team lactose intolerant). Lifeway Frozen Kefir is 99% lactose free and is a great way to not only satisfy your sweet tooth but your probiotic fix too. Kefir is naturally gut-friendly since it is packed with 10 live and active probiotic cultures and at only 90 calories per serving, this is the dessert worth having beauties. It’s tart and tangy, so be sure to sample them all. You’re welcome.

5. The KIND Candy Bar

Hungry? Grab a Dark Chocolate Nuts & Sea Salt or Salted Caramel & Dark Chocolate Nut KIND bar – not a Snickers. Not only do they taste darn near the same, KIND bars are well, kinder to your body. Seven grams of fiber, only five grams of sugar and six grams of protein. I always have one (okay two) in my bag every day, because that candy bar craving waits for no one. So be prepared and be kind to your tummy with KIND Bars.

6. Stop The Soda Pop

Carbonation is so good right? Well the sugar that’s in those carbonated drinks you love (read: sodas), not so much. So eliminate all those empty calories beauties and swap out your bubbly treat for some new LaCroix Curate 100% Natural Sparkling Water. Zero calories, zero sugar, zero sodium = zero guilt. The tall cans are super sexy and since you won’t be popping Dr. Peppers all day anymore, you just might be super sexy too. If you really want to up the fun, then check out these LaCroix cocktails. Drinks on me!

7. Get Juiced About Bai5

I am more of a “give me an actual orange” girl then an OJ girl, but I know juice addiction is the real deal. So if you get your fix from sipping sweet fruity drinks, then know that I found a substitute that packs more punch then Hawaiian punch! For only five calories, get ready to wrap your lips around a bottle of Bai5. This naturally sweetened gluten free sipper is just what your high fructose addiction needs. But here’s the real banger – each bottle is infused with coffeefruit (their antioxidant-rich “secret superfruit’), so let your tastebuds travel the world with their exotic flavors. Costa Rica Clementine and Panama Peach are my jump offs, so can I get a high five for Bai5?
