UNIFYING LESSON PRINCIPLE:

Sometimes those who break the rules become outcasts in the group. Where can those who break rules find acceptance? Out of His great love for us, God saved us by grace through faith and will show the immense richness of this grace in kindness to those who are in Christ Jesus.

CONCLUDING REFLECTION:

What can we do to adequately express our sincere thanks for God’s saving grace? Actually, it is simple. All our Creator wants is for us to express our agape love for God in our showing agape love toward our fellow human beings. Such expressions are part of the “good works” that God has in His plan for all who trust His Son as Savior.

Now that does not mean that we are to be pushovers for the world. Rather, it means that we allow agape love to guide our everyday actions.

PRAYER:

God of grace, we pause today to express our gratitude for your overflowing love. You have shown your agape love to us in so many ways. We ask you to help us live lives worthy of the ransom you paid to make our salvation possible. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
