Reflect:
Hope does not bring us to a shameful end, but brings us to a glorious end. Hope includes testing and uncertainty. The person who endures trials but comes through it will be encouraged to hope. Hope is active, so we should be active in our hope. We need to be the change we want to see; in our lives, in the lives of others, and in the world.
Pray:
Lord, thank you that our hope in you will bring us to a glorious end. Guide us through the uncertain times, the tests, and trials. Let my hope be active so that I can respond to the cries of those who are suffering. Amen.
Romans 5:5 And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.
