In sad news, on the heels of her three Stellar Award wins, the father of Tasha Cobbs, Bishop Fritz Cobbs, passed away suddenly, as he returned from Stellar Awards weekend in Nashville Tennessee.
I love Bishop Cobbs’ uber-enthusiastic introduction of his daughter, Tasha, on her sophomore release Grace. Clearly proud of his babygirl, the intro set the tone for the first cut on the cd, “Get Up”.
