Jenna Ryan, the Jan. 6 Capitol rioter who thought her "blonde hair and white skin" would get her out of jail time, is now begging for funds to cover "legal fees and expenses related to her defense and incarceration."

Former police officer Kim Potter testified in her own defense and appeared to cry when discussing her killing of Daunte Wright. However, her dry eyes suggested she was simply shedding "white tears" to angle for an acquittal.

A suspected white supremacist and drug addict who planted a bag of explosives at a Black Lives Matter protest in Pittsburgh last year had the privilege of avoiding any jail time, thanks to a lenient judge who was apparently sympathetic to the convicted felon's history of substance abuse.

The woman was found around 2pm on Sunday on Eastern Avenue in Northeast, D.C., with multiple shots and was pronounced dead soon after.

This comes as lawmakers return to Annapolis for a special session to redraw the state's congressional map.
