Howard County Police say two women have been shot inside an Ellicott City church Thursday evening. One woman has died. Police responded to St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in the 3600 block of Rogers Avenue at around 5:20 p.m. Police say the victims were shot inside an office in the church. A church custodian called 911 after finding the two women. Police say one woman was pronounced dead at the scene. The other victim was transported to Shock Trauma in critical condition. Police have located a man found dead with what appears to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound. A gun was located near his body. Police are investigating the man’s possible involvement in the shooting of the two women in the church. Fox 5 Audrey Barnes reports.
