In order for you to know pain exists you must feel pain, you must experience pain and go “through” it. Pain exists physically, emotionally and spiritually and they all endure through a process. A “process” is a series of actions or steps taken to achieve an end. Therefore, to come to the end of “pain” you must go through something to get to that point. During pregnancy, you experience pain at one time or another and that most reflective time is during the delivery of the child…..pain comes before, during and after.  For those of you that have experienced this process, you remember the Braxton Hicks contractions, the child’s kicking pains and last, but not least, delivery!!!!..Pain is inevitable, you are just going to go through it, but that is the blessing in it! YOU GO THROUGH IT NOT STAY THERE!!! A broken heart feels like it will never heal especially, when you’re in love beyond measure and to top it off, that person doesn’t feel exactly the same way so it results in a break up!! So now you’re dealing with a “break up” and “broken-heart”, that is a lot of pain, but when things get broken, there are two options…fix it or get rid of it. The pain of a broken-heart produces emotions and actions that causes us to either grow from it, die in it or heal and be free from it.  You had to go through it to 1) know that you are more than a conqueror 2) understand that weeping endures for a night, but joy comes in the morning and 3) realize that what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.  You had to go through the pain because it was part of the process, it broke you so that God can relieve you of the pain, mend the broken-heart that feels like it’s shattered into pieces, the broken trust of the man, family member, or friend and feelings of bitterness, discouragement, rejection, fear, hurt and pain of thinking you will never love or trust again.
