Larry Hogan is only the second GOP governor to be re-elected in MD), what a second Hogan-Rutherford term will look like (Same focus on moderation, bipartisanship, etc, building the economy, creating better educational/economic opportunities for Marylanders), and priorities for the upcoming session (education & redistricting among others). Also the Gov.Hogan announced his proposal to invest an additional $1.9B in school construction funding this session.
