Baltimore police have charged a 17-year-old boy in the fatal drive-by shooting of a 73-year-old man. Mikayal Hendricks was arrested on Oct. 22 and charged with first-degree murder for the death of Lawrence Price. At around 12:30 a.m. on Oct. 4, police were called to an area hospital for a walk-in shooting victim. Police found Lawrence Price, 73, suffering from a gunshot wound to his body. He died a short time later.
