Bishop William Andrew Best, Jr., as a Pastor, Leader and Worshipper is a high-impact leader with a proven track record of planning, designing, developing, and implementing innovative processes and system solutions through state-of-the-art methodologies, technology, training, and management. In thirteen years, Bishop Best has successfully grown a grassroots church from zero members to three locations, over 3,000 enrolled worshippers. He had advanced and led three simultaneous ministries in two states along with an international pastoral fellowship. His church has an average of 500 watch care members and an international ministry. Among other things, Bishop Best has managed and directed three S-Corp 503-C Not for Profit with almost a $1M annual budget. Bishop Best is passionate about providing leaders with effective tools for communication. He developed ‘Fit for the Fight’, a 6-month preparatory leadership course using the created curriculum T.R.E.A.D. (training, retraining, effectiveness, accountability & development) a course for leaders and aspiring leaders. His course addresses topics such as Executive Leadership, Relationship Management, Process Improvement and Problem Solving Skills to name a few. Bishop Best is a charismatic leader whose passion for people as an influencer is exemplified through his music, his work in the church, and through his community involvement with organizations such as the Laurel Pregnancy Center, the Chamber of Commerce for Anne Arundel County and the Prison System of Maryland. To date, his most important accomplishment is being father of Hunter, Savannah, and Daniel.
